What the site collects
The interview form stores the email address, service category, timeline, and high-level brief you submit, together with submission time and a reference number. Do not include source identities, unpublished copy, or sensitive attachments.
What it does not use
There are no advertising cookies, third-party analytics, tracking pixels, social widgets, or externally hosted fonts. The form does not add you to a mailing list.
What happens after interview
If a project is accepted, a mutual NDA is standard. File transfer, retention, deletion, access, and the working channel are agreed before confidential materials change hands.
External privacy services
The site independently links to Proton Mail as an optional private-email provider. Deific Editorial is not sponsored by or affiliated with Proton, and their own terms and privacy policy apply.
